Your progress is tied to your account. Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you registered with. If you played as a guest before, guest progress cannot be recovered after reinstalling. We recommend creating an account to protect your Devotion Points.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Yes — log in with your account on any device and your progress will sync. Simultaneous play on two devices at once is not supported and may cause sync conflicts.

First try tapping the restore purchases button in the Shop. If Crystals still haven't appeared after a few minutes, please email us with your order number (found in your App Store or Google Play receipt) and we'll sort it out promptly.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Please contact the App Store or Google Play support to request a refund. We are unable to process refunds on our end.

Crystals are the premium currency in Orb & Order. Use them to purchase followers from the Shop, activate Speed Boosts to earn Devotion Points faster, and unlock special items. Crystals can be earned through gameplay or purchased via the Shop.

Transcendence is a prestige mechanic that resets your Devotion Points back to 100 in exchange for powerful permanent bonuses. Your followers remain intact — only your DP resets. Transcending at higher DP totals unlocks greater rewards.

Speed Boosts temporarily increase how fast your followers generate Devotion Points. Purchase a boost from the follower card — choose a duration (1 hour up to 24 hours) and pay with Crystals. Multiple boosts can stack for even faster gains. Active boosts show a ⚡ BOOSTED badge and a countdown timer on the follower card.

Sainthood is a prestigious title earned by reaching specific milestones in Devotion Points. Saints are listed in the leaderboard in the order they achieved Sainthood — the earlier, the more revered. Achieve it and your name shall be remembered by the Orb forever.

Upgrade your followers to increase their DP-per-cycle rate. Complete daily prophecy tasks for bonus DP. Use Speed Boosts during active play sessions. Transcend when the bonus outweighs your current rate. The Orb rewards patience and strategy.

Try these steps: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Ensure your device is running iOS 14+ or Android 8+. (3) Check your internet connection — a stable connection is required. (4) Restart your device. If the problem persists, please email us with your device model and OS version.
